President Trump’s legal team have filed a new brief in Pennsylvania, as the vote certification in that State and Michigan is blocked by the State Legislatures.
In the new legal brief the President’s legal team explain why the State Legislature, led by Republicans, should get a restraining order to block Pennsylvania from certifying the election results.
A similar strategy is being utilised in Michigan over the vote in Detroit, where 28% of the votes were deemed “in verifiable” and election official’s children were threatened by Democrats with retribution for delaying certification.
President Trump’s legal team say they are likely to prevail on their claims that “illegal votes were counted and that volunteers were unable to watch vote-counting closely enough.”
