PHILLIP Schofield has denied moving out of his family home despite being pictured at a new London flat in recent weeks.
It was claimed last month that the This Morning star, 58, had moved into a new pad in the capital after revealing he is gay earlier this year.
But after he came under fire on Friday evening for seemingly returning to his family home in Oxfordshire for a murder mystery night, Phil appeared to set the record straight.
The presenter posted pictures with wife Steph and his two daughters, all dressed up for the themed evening.
But one of his followers took issue with the snaps and accused Phil of flouting the lockdown rules currently in place across the nation.
They wrote: “So you moved out but you’re allowed to visit your family?
“But I can’t go and visit my children and grandchildren. Just the rich and famous that are allowed, good to know.”
Phil was quick to respond, and appeared to confirm he hadn’t moved out of the family abode at all.
Earlier, Phil had taken a fun group shot with Steph and daughters Molly, 27 and Ruby, 24, in their sunny back garden.
He wrote on Instagram: “Murder mystery night… we’re all in character and taking it very seriously.”
Phillip threw himself into his role of Eli Cronenberg, wearing a button down black shirt, jeans and cowboy boots as he chewed on a toothpick.
The Mail previously reported that Phillip’s new London pad has views of the Shard as he continues commuting to ITV’s studios in White City.

A source said: “There has been talk for weeks that Phillip isn’t living with Steph any more, that he had moved out for good and had a new home. He has a place in central London.
“It’s not as big but it’s the beginning of a new life for him.
“It very much also seems as though their marriage could well be over.”
