Her mother Madonna revealed earlier this week that she had coronavirus during her Madame X world tour.

But Lourdes Leon looked relaxed as she stepped out to get some fresh air in New York City on Friday, as she met with friends and grabbed a coffee.

The model, 23, opted not to wear a mask during her outing as she chatted with her pals while they sat outside sipping their drinks.

Lourdes put on a stylish display for the occasion as she wore a colourful shirt that had a quirky geometric print over a bright blue t-shirt.

Adding another pop of colour to the look, she stepped out in orange trousers that she paired with light blue trainers.

Stylish her raven tresses into a sleek, straight hairdo, Lourdes used a light palette of make-up to highlight her pretty features.

While her friends protected themselves with masks, Lourdes opted not to wear one despite requirements for face masks in public amid the coronavirus pandemic.

New York has been an epicenter of the disease in the country, with over 177k cases in the city alone and over 19,000 deaths in the state.

On Wedensday, Madonna claimed she had coronavirus while on her Madame X world tour, which had been plagued with cancellations due to the singer suffering a knee injury.

The tour ended three days before its planned final date, after the French government announced the ban for gatherings of more than 1,000 people to curb the spread of COVID-19.

After recently revealing that she had tested positive for coronavirus antibodies, the Material Girl took to her Instagram on Wednesday to explain her health issues further.

‘I am not currently sick,’ Madonna stated, before explaining: ‘When you test positive for anti-bodies it means you HAD the virus which I clearly did as I was sick at the end of my tour in Paris over 7 weeks ago.’

The singer said that along with the other artists and back-up dancers in her show, they all thought they had ‘a very bad flu.’

The post came as she revealed her part in helping raise money to find a vaccine for the disease. ‘I’m Grateful that I can be a part of supporting Research to Find the cure for Covid -19!’
